Travel and Accommodation Clause:
For any travel commitments, all accommodation expenses must be fully prepaid by the client or commissioning party prior to departure. Travel within Europe requires a minimum of three (3) days’ advance written notice and starts at 500 euros. Any changes or cancellations to travel plans must be communicated promptly via WhatsApp or phone and may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rescheduling or cancellation of services without refund. All travel-related costs, including but not limited to lodging, transportation, and incidentals, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
